After the case has been filed according to Rule 13, the hearing officer or the court hearing the appeal may, on the application of the accused, conduct a re-analysis or test of the relevant grain material according to Clause (b) of sub-rule (1) of Rule 9. If the substance is sent to the head of the Central Food Laboratory for re-analysis or testing, he will have to re-analyze or test it once.
